AcryFab®, Inc. Standard Product Warranty

One Year Warranty -
AcryFab®, Inc. warrants to the purchaser that all US Standard Products are free from defects in workmanship and material. The AcryFab warranty is limited to repairing and or replacing any part of a purchased product which proves to be defective under normal use. Standard warranty coverage extends up to one year after the original shipment date. Furthermore, AcryFab, Inc. shall disclose to its satisfaction that a product is defective.

Permission from AcryFab, Inc., (800) 747-2279, is required for return of any parts or equipment. The date of purchase, date of shipment, and invoice number is required to process any request for warranty service.

The AcryFab, Inc. warranty does not apply to cracks in the product material caused by accidents or damage while in transit. Additional exclusions include damage of or damage caused by alterations by unauthorized service, product abuse or misuse, or damage caused by flood, fire, or acts of God.

Terms of Sale

1. MINIMUM ORDERS: A $10.00 service charge will be applied to any orders less than $100.00 list price.
2. PRICE: All prices are list and subject to change without notice. Prices will be those in effect at time of order placement. These prices are exclusive of all sales taxes which may be levied by State, Federal, County, or City government.
3. FREIGHT: All shipments F.O.B. Sun Prairie, WI. Any interline shipments will carry the appropriate freight cost. Arbitrary and notification charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. RETURNS: No merchandise may be returned without authorization from the factory. Any such merchandise must be sent back freight prepaid by the customer and is subject to a 15% restocking charge. Customers who wish to return goods must call the factory for return authorization. Any unauthorized return will carry a 25% restocking charge. Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of original shipment. Returned goods must be returned in the original shipping cartons.
5. DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: Our responsibility ceases with acceptance by carriers. If any goods called for on bill of lading are short or damaged, do not accept them until the freight agent makes a damage notation on your freight bill. Thoroughly inspect the shipment as soon as received. If any concealed loss or damage is discovered, notify your freight agent at once and request to make an inspection. This is absolutely necessary. We are not responsible for loss or damage and cannot issue credit when you give the transportation company a clear receipt.
6. RUSH SHIPMENTS: Orders requiring next day or second day delivery must be placed prior to 11:00 A.M. CST. Shipments cannot be guaranteed.
7. CREDIT CARD ORDERS: Acry Fab accepts Visa and Mastercard.
8. Acry Fab will not accept responsibility for typographical errors.
