High-quality, easy-to-maintain products were responsible for Acry Fab's early growth. As we gained more experience, we recognized the opportunities for growth were in convenience store fixtures and countertop self-service products. These products became our focus. Through steady growth in sales and an expanding customer base (and several garages) our organization began to take shape.

If we were to continue our growth we needed someone with experience in and knowledge of raw materials and the plastics distribution industry. Acry Fab's VP and half-owner Randy Schlupp brought that much needed experience, knowledge and leadership when he joined our management team in 1987. His on-going contributions to Acry Fab have been of great benefit to Acry Fab and its customers.

Sun Prairie, Wisconsin has been our permanent home since 1987. This location has helped us to continuously improve our responsive customer service. Since moving to Sun Prairie, we've expanded our facility twice to accommodate growing customer demands for custom-designed products, product expansion and higher production runs. It's generally held that the quality of a company can be partly judged by the length of service of its employees. Having key employees with over ten years of service has helped Acry Fab fine tune manufacturing techniques and customer service. Because of our expansion, creativity and the tenure of skilled and talented employees we are poised to meet the new markets of today and emerging markets of tomorrow.
